The support here addresses all of it.

Cait’s work sits at the intersection of clinical counselling and performance psychology.

She supports active individuals navigating the mental and emotional weight of concussion recovery.

Whether you're looking for 1:1 support or bringing this work to your organization, you're in the right place.

Individual Counselling for the Mental Side of Concussion & Performance

Persistent concussion symptoms are physically exhausting. They're also isolating, identity-shifting, and genuinely hard to explain to the people around you. If you've tried everything and still feel stuck, this work was built for that moment.

Through a blend of clinical counselling and mental performance consulting, Cait helps you regulate your nervous system, work through the mental health impacts of prolonged recovery, and rebuild a sense of yourself that isn't defined by your symptoms.

Available virtually across BC (covered under clinical counselling for many extended health plans) and internationally for mental performance consulting.

Workshops & Speaking

Most concussion treatment protocols address the physical. The psychological experience; fear, identity disruption, emotional overwhelm, mood changes, often goes unaddressed.

That's a gap with real consequences for recovery outcomes.

Cait works with healthcare clinics, sport organizations, and nonprofits to close that gap through evidence-informed keynotes and workshops that practitioners can actually use.
