On this website, Cait collects your first name and email address when you sign up to receive a free resource or the Concussion Field Notes newsletter. This information is used to send you what you requested and to keep you informed through monthly newsletter updates and occasional relevant information about concussion recovery and mental health support.

f you book a discovery call or session through JaneApp, that information is collected and stored directly by JaneApp and governed by their privacy policy. Cait accesses only what is needed to support your care.

How your information is stored

Subscriber information is stored securely through Squarespace. Your information is never sold, shared, or traded with any third party.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. To request complete removal of your information, contact cait@mindwithmatter.ca.
