How Therapy Works

Here’s what the process looks like:
Free 15-minute discovery call: Let’s talk about what you’re going through, what you’re looking for, and whether we’re a good fit.
Ongoing sessions: 50-minute virtual sessions (in-person depending on your location) at a cadence that works for you (usually weekly/bi-weekly)
Personalized support: I tailor my approach based on your needs — drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, and more.
