Based on your unique needs and goals, there are different levels of support. Packages of 3 ($315), 5 ($455) and 10 ($835) sessions. All prices are based in CAD and do not include tax.

I am based in beautiful British Columbia. All sessions will be provided online to accommodate varying schedules and time zones. In person sessions can be discussed for athletes in Squamish/Vancouver.

I am happy to have a free 15 minute discovery call with you to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have.
However, individual sessions are not available at this time. It takes dedicated time and commitment to identify, develop and implement mental skills that bring about LASTING change Just like you don't go to the gym once to build muscles, mental training requires time, consistency & repetition.
