I’m arguably obsessed with how the brain and body work. My days are filled with supporting my clients and riding my bike. But that wasn’t always the case.

For over a decade I’ve lived in chronic pain. I’ve broken many bones, have had multiple long term sport-related injuries but living with Persistent Concussion Syndrome has probably been one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to face. Daily headaches or migraines, an unshakeable sense of identity loss and the emotional weight that comes with chronic pain. I spent years pushing through, forcing progress with a “mind over matter” approach—only to repeatedly burn out and feel even more disconnected from myself.

Real change came when I learned how to rebuild my belief systems and create a more sustainable, compassionate way of moving through the world. It wasn’t easy, but it was possible.
