Concussion Recovery Group

A 5-week small group program for active individuals with persistent concussion symptoms who want a clear, realistic path back to feeling like themselves.

If your concussion symptoms haven’t gone away, it can feel confusing, frustrating, and isolating.

This program helps you understand what’s actually happening in your body, reduce the fear-symptom cycle, and safely return to activity using a flexible, nervous-system-based approach.

You’ll leave with practical tools, more confidence, and a clear way forward.

This is for you if….

  • You’re used to being active and feel disconnected from that version of yourself

  • You’ve tried rest, pushing through, or different strategies—and still feel stuck

  • You notice yourself overdoing it and crashing, or avoiding things altogether

  • You want a clear, structured approach—but not something rigid or unrealistic

  • You’re open to learning, experimenting, and being part of a group
