A 6-week group program for active individuals with persistent concussion symptoms who want a clear, realistic path back to feeling like themselves.

This program helps you understand what’s actually happening in your brain & body and get you back to the lifestyle you desire using a flexible, nervous-system-based approach.

  • Online Sessions via Zoom (recordings available)

  • Tuesday’s from 3 - 4:30pm PST

    • May 19, 26, June 2, 9, 16 & 23

  • Small Group Experience (max 10)

  • Affordable Support ($450 for 6 sessions)
