My concussion was the best and worst thing that’s ever happened to me
I still struggle to put into words how challenging yet profound my concussion recovery has been. It has been a wild 4.5 years of emotional fragility, confusion, identity changes and overall shift in my entire outlook and approach to life. Despite the frustrations, the heart aches, the moments of helplessness, I would trade it in.
My concussion does not define me, but it has greatly shaped who I am today. I’d love to share my learnings with you.
